New Craft Room Reveal!

Finally!
It's been a long time coming, but it's done and I am so happy with it.
Here's a before & after picture tour of my basement craft room......tons of photos coming up, you can click on photos for a better look.....

Before....

The framing...

Drywall is up...

Trim & doors are done, now for the painting.
I chose 2 shades of grey.

Carpet is in & Alfie has to check it out!
Baseboard is next...

Next is the furniture & getting everything put away & organized...

Now for the fun part...let's decorate!

As you go in through the basement door

The sitting area, one of my favourite parts.

Room to have my friends over for a *scrappy* day.

Ikea shelves for my stamps.  These are the stamps I use the most.
The black suitcases hold embossing folders and all my acrylic paints, glitter, embossing powders etc.

Paper shelves from Michaels.  Ribbon racks are from Lowes.

Tall shelves from Ikea hold my inks

More Ikea shelves and boxes

Added this banner to the shelf, needed some green in the crafting area.

*blingy* chandelier from Costco over my work table. Looks yellow in this pic, but actually looks like the one below.

This one is in the sitting area.

One of my favourite pictures of my husband, Eddie.
He passed away from pancreatic cancer in September 2014, wish he could see what we planned together. I miss him so much.

There's one thing left to do, that's to set up my coffee station.  Here's the chalkboard sign ready to go up.

Thats it for now, hope you enjoyed looking around my craft room.
Have a great day!
